the the superstructure with foliate carved arched cresting over a moulded dentil cornice and carved frieze, with single lead glazed door with stylised brass fittings, flanked by twin recesses to bevelled glass mirrors, outset turned baluster and knop columns, over a long recess with central bevelled mirror flanked by moulded panels, the base fitted with two short drawers over a recess, flanked by two moulded panelled cupboard doors with brass strap hinges, to bun feet

Structurally sound and stable; some scratches and nicks to sideboard top commensurate with age and use, one more pronounced gouge visible to left end, wear around the base of the superstructure where affixed to the sideboard; pronounced water marks and stains to central recess, build up of dirt to apron; chip and loss to carved detail left front bracket; scuffs and wear to feet which are possibly old replacements
