CHARLES RENNIE MACKINTOSH (SCOTTISH, 1868-1928) FOR MISS CRANSTON'S TEAROOMS, JAM SPOON
CIRCA 1905

in electro-plate, with treffid terminal, stamped C Bros EP for Cooper Brothers of Sheffield to the reverse

Note: Flatware was commissioned to fill Miss Cranston's four Glasgow tearooms. A variety of silversmith companies were employed to manufacture items. Some examples are stamped Miss Cranston's, whilst others (such as this) have Sheffield maker's marks.
