modelled in the form of a sentry box, with each side showing a solider of a different nation: England, Belgium, France and Russia. The detachable lid shows each flag on a sloping 'roof'. This style of tin was withdrawn and redesigned at the beginning of the First World War to replace the German solider with Belgium. This style was for export only and 30,000 were issued.
