SCOTTISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION LTD. CAUTION,
issued to John McGrory for 'Ungentlemanly conduct', dated 29th August 1949, along with five letters from the Scottish Football Association Ltd. To J McGrory, the first regarding Thomas Murphy, discussing a complaint made from Saltcoats Victoria F.C., dated 25th March 1947, in a sheet with reply informing Mr. G.G. Graham the player had been fielded, along with a copy of the letter received by the Scottish Junior F.A. for reporting 'Celtic F.C. for having approached Thomas Murphy... and for playing him in a Reserve League match versus Kilmarnock F.C...', the second discussing an appeal to a caution 'given on 20th September' to J. McPhail, the third letter discussing a caution given to McPhail, the fourth with reference to a letter of 15th October, to inform him that the 'matter will be dealt with by the Referee Committee at their meeting on Wednesday, 21st at 2:30 p.m.', and the fifth enclosing a report of a bottle-throwing incident during a match between Celtic V. East Fife 18th April 1953, along with a copy of the report
