ATTRACTIVE GEORGE VI SIX PIECE SILVER TEA/COFFEE SERVICE maker Frank Cobb & Co Ltd, Sheffield 1946, each of circular tapering form, comprising a teapot, coffee pot, water pot, sugar, cream and matched circular tray, each with engraved and relief borders depicting grape and vineous motifs, the pots with ivory finials and handles, the tray with elaborately cast and pierced grape and leaf motifs, approximately 5290g gross, the tray 50cm diameter Note: The finials and handles for this service fall within the 1947 legal cut-off date for the sale of ivory.
