Engine can be turned without issue, we have not run this model so cannot guarantee working order but like the other items in this collection has been well stored and cared for
It is dust and dirt as well as rubbing to the brass finish, a few small spots of oxidisation, discolouration and general light wear; would benefit from a clean and touching up overall but no major issues to report
