Lot 241 (Scottish Pictures, 14th March 2018)
Sold for £1,000
There is craquelure present across the entire canvas. Grime has accumulated at the bottom right of the picture. There is also a horizontal dent running across the top of the canvas, possibly caused by something leaning into the reverse of the painting. There is also evidence of two instances of crude restoration visible from the reverse of the canvas, both located at the top right of the picture. The picture is in fair to good condition.
