Condition Report
There is no number marked to the hinge, although the lock hole is marked with a '16'. There is a number marked to the clock face - '15923'. The number to the back appear to be '16716', although there has been some effort to scratch this off, so the number may be different.
The loose item inside the face appears to be a small bracket.
As we do not have a winding key etc, we cannot comment on the working of the clock.
