A LOT OF VICTORIAN BRISTOL BLUE GLASS

VICTORIAN BRISTOL BLUE BRANDY DECANTER,
of elongated mallet form, partial gilt circular cartouche inscribed brandy, within bands of upward and downward pointing leaves, polished pontil, with associated stopper, 35cm high, along with a set of five Bristol blue liqueur glasses, an ovoid decanter with a mother of pearl 'Sherry' stopper, and another decanter with wedge stopper

 

A condition report is offered as an indication of any issues visible to the naked eye. As none of our staff is a professional conservator or restorer, buyers must satisfy themselves in respect of condition. Condition Report

Gilt detail on the brandy decanter is heavily worn. No cracks, chips or visible repairs.


Glasses are in nice condition with no chips, cracks or visible repairs, one glass has a light scratch the the outside.

Light nibbles to wedge stopper. Some small chips to body of decanter. Small loss of glass to end of spiral detailing on neck.

Sherry decanter is in nice condition, with no cracks, chips or visible repairs. Stopper is very tarnished.
