BLUE GEM SET AND DIAMOND PENDANT,
the central round blue gem flanked by four pear shaped blue gems within a diamond border, the diamonds totalling approximately 0.40 carats, marked 750 to the reverse, on an eighteen carat white gold chain, along with matching earrings, with omega fittings, 19.8g gross

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
