FRENCH 1848-PATTERN YATAGAN BAYONET,
stamped maker's mark and dated to ricasso, further stamped and numbered crossguard, ribbed brass grip, steel scabbard, 71.2cm overall

Condition Report

Scabbard without dents, though patination and pitting as per age. Serial numbers do not appear to match, though the scabbards numbering has become faded/obscured. Blade and scabbard both appear straight. Press stud functions. Additional images now available.
