HMS CORNWALL, LARGE ENSIGN FLAG
stamped makers name, with accompanying letter signed by William M. McLean (former BAE Systems employee and HMS Cornwall ship manager), stating that the ensign was given by the late Duchess of Cornwall H.R.H. Princess Diana on the occasion of the official handover ceremony onboard H.M.S Cornwall whereby the ship was delivered from the shipbuilder (Yarrow Shipbuilders) to the Royal Navy.
