SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND THREE STONE RING,
the central round faceted sapphire flanked by two round brilliant cut diamonds approximately 0.33 carats each, in eighteen carat white gold, size M, 4.2g

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
