Note: A K Brown was a respected and successful painter in oil and watercolour of landscapes and flowers. He trained at the Glasgow School of Art. For many years President of the Glasgow Art Club. He exhibited widely including Royal Academy (London); Royal Scottish Academy; RSW; Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours; Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts; Royal Society of British Artists and at Liverpool.
