The fabric of the settee has a small tear to the top tight hand corner of the back rest, as well a small tear to the left arm rest, stain present on seat. No major damage to the woodwork.
The frame of the settee is in good condition with no major noticeable damage, still sturdy, some small scratches present but nothing major.
