of heart shaped form, open and set with a single oval faceted red gem, 11mm wide, Russian marks and 583 to the bale, on a chain marked 585, 4g gross; along with a pair of drop earrings, each set with a round faceted pink gem, also with Russian marks and 583, 3.2g gross (2)
