RED GEM AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING,
mid twentieth century, the bezel formed by a cluster of round, baguette and marquise shaped diamonds along with oval and round red gems, with foliate motifs to the edges, 18mm wide, unmarked, size P, 7.9g

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
