VICTORIAN EIGHTEEN CARAT GOLD DIAMOND RING,
the rectangular bezel with a diamond set horseshoe motif, with engraving to the shoulders, with full Birmingham hallmarks for 1889-90, size N, 3.8g
Bidders must assume that diamonds and coloured gem stones (including ruby, emerald, sapphire, peridot, aquamarine) may have undergone a form of treatment unless otherwise stated. It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description). General wear as to be expected with age - small scratches
Diamonds bright but mismatched in terms of colour, to be expected with older cuts, many with grey tint
With 10x loupe - One diamond with small chip, all dirty, some with inclusions, one is a more modern replacement single cut
Box in well used condition - dirty, scratched, lining torn.
