Jack for 'Deliberately tapping ankle of opponent', on 28th August 1953, and the fourth given to A. Rollo. for 'Tripping an opponent', dated 3rd September 1951, together with a letter dated 5th December noting this 'caution against A. Rollo is his second of this season' (8)
