LATE 19TH CENTURY BRASS REPEATER CARRIAGE CLOCK,
with two train eight day movement, two hammers striking on a coil, the engraved gilt face inset white enamel Roman numeral dial over a subsidiary alarm dial, the oval five glass case engraved throughout with scrolls, foliage, strap and diaper work, with shaped scroll handle, 17.5cm high

Does not tick when wound, no movement to balance wheel, repeater function works with strike, hairline to subsidiary dial, back glass panel slightly loose, both side panels loose, left panel with small internal flaws, tarnish and rubbing to mounts, dust, dirt and general wear overall, images of escapement provided
