MID TWENTIETH CENTURY DIAMOND SOLITAIRE RING with a six claw set round brilliant cut diamond of approximately 0.55 carats, on diamond shoulders, marked 18CT, size M, 1.8g


Bidders must assume that diamonds and coloured gem stones (including ruby, emerald, sapphire, peridot, aquamarine) may have undergone a form of treatment unless otherwise stated. It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description). Condition Report
In worn condition with scratches and general signs of wear all over. Very dirty.
No damage to stone.
To the naked eye, the stone is dull - influenced by the build up of dirt.
Cluster of black/white inclusions are visible under the table.
Under magnification, further pinpoint inclusions are visible.
Shank is thin.
Some claws broken. Others worn down.
