Based in the village of Bishopstoke UK, Georgette Newton works as a mixed media artist and illustrator, alongside getting up to mischief and mayhem with her little mister and dog. Inspired by the quirky, colourful and unconventional, she loves to create little pieces with big impact, often with a dash of recycled materials and pinch of dry humour. Why ‘Naptrapped Art’? Well, one day her little mister fell asleep on her. She dared not move. She was naptrapped. The only thing that was in her reach was a pen and paper. So she drew. She drew and drew and kept drawing. Now she's here, putting her creations out for you all to enjoy.
