Note: Samuel Veksler was born in 1966, in the Belarusian city of Vitebsk. He’s a graduate of the Fine-Arts Institute of Vitebsk. Veksler lives and works in Saint-Petersburg – a home city to many famous painters. Numerous successful auction sales and exhibitions in Russia.
