There are eight comports, three of a larger size, three 'medium' and two smaller; the larger width from tip of one handle to its opposite 25.5cm, 'medium' 23.5cm, smallest 20.5cm; smallest with foliate overhangs to the knee masks; the glass dishes in variations of gilt floral decoration and size with smallest 22.5cm diameter and largest 27cm; some swag hooks misshapen so of loose fitting or not currently fitting; one of the medium examples missing one swag section and with a break to another; another medium missing a swag section; some of the swags stuck in an 'upswing' position; some not quite sitting flat on an even surface; some old repairs to swag sections; one of the medium examples with knock to scroll flanking mask; some rubbing; some small areas displaying grey marks indicating possible past touch-up/restoration although could simply be concentrated areas of tarnish/discolouration ; one dish with small chip to rim, otherwise all with rubbing to gilt, surface scratches in places and general wear
