Flaked and generally distressed paintwork, this itself presumably an old repainting, also splashes of white paint/residue; has been stored outside for many years so all usual signs and effects of weathering, visible oxidisation where paint has been lost exposing the metal and to reverse; however remains sound and retains fitting and bar to reverse forming an easel-like support so can be displayed on a flat surface without extra support
