DANISH MODERNIST NIELS OTTO MØLLER ROSEWOOD DINING TABLE AND SIX ROSEWOOD DINING CHAIRS cicra 1960-70, this design very similar to dining table 'No.15' designed by Niels Otto Møller, made by J. L. Møller, round when closed and expands into an oval with two loose rectangular leaves, solid rosewood top, legs and leaves with a plywood sliding mechanism, metal Danish Control and 'JL MOLLER MODELS' makers badges to underside, 120cm long when closed, 222cm long when extended, 71cm high; together with six attractive Danish modernist rosewood 'Wishbone' style dining chairs, each with curved backrail supported by two arms and two back splats, green velvet upholstery, unmarked and without labels, each 74cm high (7) Note: Many designs by Niels Otto Møller between 1960-1970 were made/labeled by his workshop JL Møller. These round metal labels were, according to Niels Otto's son Jorgen Møller, last used in 1969-70. It can be assumed that this dining table was made within this period.
