THE ROMAN HISTORY FROM THE FOUNDATION OF ROME TO THE BATTLE OF ACTIUM That is to the End of the Commonwealth, by Charles Rollin (1661-1741), translated from French, printed by R Reilly on Cork-hill; For George Risk, Geroge Ewing and William Smith, Dublin 1740-3, 8 of 10 Vols, fold out maps, uniform brown calf leather bindings, contrasting labels to spines (most labels lacking), some splitting to joints, rubbed, ex libris label 'Propero Sed Curo', each 17.5cm high (8)
