RED GEM AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING,
set with a central red gem surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds with further red gems to the edge, the diamonds totalling approximately 0.15 carats overall, in eighteen carat white gold, size M, 4.7g

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description). All stones intact.
