Jewellery continues to fly high at McTear's dedicated auction

February's Jewellery Auction saw many beautiful items sell to a huge audience of online, telephone and absentee bidders.

Diamonds performed well as always thoughit was a pink sapphire and diamond ring that stole the show. With many enquiries and interested buyers, this beautiful ring sold for a hammer price of £1700.

Some of the other top selling lots included lot 462, a certificated diamond solitaire ring which achieved a hammer price of £3200 and lot 489, a diamond dress ring which achieved a hammer price of £1600.
