Danish, American, French, Italian, English and, of course, Scottish and Glasgow design compositions congregate in this auction dedicated to classics. Furniture from Paul Tuttle, Sven Ellekaer and Paul Volther sits alongside closer-to-home constructions from Victor Wilkins, Morris of Glasgow and statement pieces of the Arts & Crafts movement. Works of art in metal, enamel, print, ceramic and glass bring such names as Ernestine Mills, Marc Chagall, John Pearson, Clarice Cliff, Murano, Royal Crown Derby and Marcel Bouraine, as well as offerings from the Keswick school, Art Deco and Secessionist periods.

Viewing is open to the public from Tuesday 11 February at 10am.
