The Silver Auction

The Silver Auction

Date: 1st Jul, 2021 10:30
Lots: 135

Grand indeed, the striking pair of silver stags did not fail to catch eyes the world over, selling at a fine £5,400. HMS Victory, too, sails away to its new home at £4,600. Silver tea services, bowls, trays and more proved that the international taste for quality silver continues to be strong.

McTear's is the only Scottish auction house to hold an auction dedicated to silver. The next Silver Auction takes place on 23 September and entries are invited.

Advice on selling silver is free and without obligation. To discuss consigning to a McTear's auction, make an appointment to visit our Glasgow Galleries or contact a specialist by clicking this link and completing the short form.
